This should be one of the better games on Wednesday as Evansville is one of the teams that could give Wichita State trouble in the MVC this season. Evansville has two of the better players in the conference in D.J. Balentine and Egidijus Mockevicius and currently rank 3rd in the country in FG %. Wichita State also had a dynamic duo in the experienced Fred VanVleet and Ron Baker and has one of the better defenses in the country as they’ll force you to turn the ball over. Wichita State got off to a bit of a shaky start this season due to injuries, but as they are now fully healthy and are extremely tough on their home court, I think the Shockers will be able to pull away late in this one and cover the spread. Take Wichita State to cover.
