The UC Davis Aggies brace for a visit from the Cal State Fullerton Titans in Big West action.
The Cal State Fullerton Titans need a few wins to keep from falling too far off the pace in the Big West. There isn’t much room for error when you score and allow 73 points but the bottom line is ending a four game slide. The Titans are coming off of a 79-69 loss to the visiting Cal Poly Mustangs as a 4.5 point home dog. Both teams sank shots at around 41% but the Mustangs hit five more threes and seven more foul shots. Khalil Ahmad paced Fullerton with a contest high 22 points on 8-20 before fouling out in 32 minutes. Tre Coggins was right on his heels with 21 points on 5-15 while Malcolm Brooks chipped in with eight points.

The UC Davis Aggies were one of the top teams in the Big West a season ago but graduation has taken away some valuable talent and means the team needs everything to go their way to crack the top four. Nothing went the Aggies way in a 78-62 loss at Hawaii as a 16.5 point road underdog where they trailed by two at the half but lost control of things over the final 20 minutes. UCD shot the ball well at 51% but the Warriors were even better at 54% with seven more bombs and five more free throws. Josh Fox gave the Aggies a game high 25 points on eight rebounds on 10-15 with Brynton Lemar tossing in 12 points. Siler Schneider added eight points and had a game high five turnovers but UC Davis struggled to defend the perimeter.
CS Fullerton are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The under is 12-2 in UC Davis last 14 Wednesday games and is 7-2 in their last 9 overall while the Aggies are 4-13 ATS in their last 17 games overall. The underdog is 12-2 ATS in the last 14 meetings and the road team is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings. I won’t be surprised by who wins…
