The Saint Louis Billikens search for a road win when they visit the George Mason Patriots.
The Saint Louis Billikens are not the same team that was a threat in the Atlantic Ten a few short years ago as the team has been outscored 72-64. The rebuilding Billikens have dropped five in a row where points have been a valuable commodity capped off by an 85-52 loss at VCU on Saturday as a 20 point underdog. The Rams were up 20 at the break and continued to press the issue behind 51.7% marksmanship that added up to ten more field goals versus the 35% shooting Billikens. Saint Louis received 16 points from Jermaine Bishop on 5-10 from the floor although he turned the ball over seven times. Aaron Hines tossed in ten points while Reggie Agbeko and Ash Yacoubou combined for 13 points and 12 rebounds.

The George Mason Patriots were penciled in as having a better record then 9-16 but like their counterparts they have been struggling at both ends of the floor and are mired near the bottom of the Atlantic Ten standings. The Patriots are coming off of a surprising 60-59 win versus visiting Davidson as a six point home dog but made a five point halftime lead hold up. Both teams sank shots in the 38%-39% range with the Wildcats done in by a 3-19 effort from long range while the Patriots went 5-22 on threes which was a winning stat. Jalen Jenkins led George Mason with 17 points and eight boards with DeAndre Abram adding eleven points and five yanks. Shevon Thompson and Marko Gujancic netted ten points apiece and combined for 18 rebounds.
St. Louis are 14-43-1 ATS in their last 58 games overall and are 7-20 ATS in their last 27 road games while going 4-11 ATS in their last 15 Wednesday games. George Mason are 5-16 ATS in their last 21 Wednesday games and the over is 16-5 in their last 21 vs. Atlantic 10. I don’t even see a good reason to even look at this game…
