The Cal Poly Mustangs are struggling similar to a few years ago where they suddenly got hot in the Big West playoffs and won them to go to the Big Dance. The Mustangs have dropped eight of ten following a 72-62 loss at UC Irvine Thursday as an eight point underdog. CP struggled to find the shooting touch at less then 33% with a 4-22 mark on threes hurting them. The Anteaters fired away at 57% which added up to 12 more baskets.
