Seton Hall and Xavier split their regular season series as both teams won their home games by at least eight points. Seton Hall has some great offensive players in Isaiah Whitehead and Khadeen Carrington however, a large part of the reason why they’ll make the NCAA Tournament this season is due to their defense that ranks 64th in the country in scoring defense and 37th in defensive FG%. Xavier has one of the most dangerous offenses in the country that can put up points in bunches and have done a great job on the glass this season as they rank 21st in the country in rebound margin. Seton Hall has had a great season however, Xavier is the better team in this one and as the Musketeers are still playing for a top-seed in the NCAA Tournament, I think they get a convincing victory in this one. The line has yet to be posted in this one but unless Xavier is favored by 6+ points, I’m going to take the Musketeers to cover. Please check back for updates when the line is posted.
Update - The line is currently set right at my line where I was going to take Xavier. I'm going to stick with the Musketeers to cover in this one.
