The Racers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall however, just 3-7-1 ATS in their 11 neutral site games. The Phoenix are 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a straight up loss and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games vs. OVC opponents.
Murray State struggled a bit by their standards last season posting a 17-14 record, however, the Racers look like they’ll once again be contending in the OVC with returning starters Bryce Jones and Damarcus Croaker and Tulane transfer Jonathan Stark leading the way. Green Bay returned a big part of their 2015-16 team that made it to the NCAA Tournament however, need to find some scoring after losing Carrington Love (17.3 ppg) and Jordan Fouse (12.7 ppg, 8.3 rpg). Murray State isn’t a deep team as only 6 players have received significant minutes on the season, however, until Green Bay can find some consistent scoring, I just don’t trust the Phoenix. I’m taking Murray State to cover this small spread.
