UC Riverside has been one of the worst offensive teams in the country and a road trip to the Jon M. Huntsman Center is usually not the answer to solve such problems. Utah hasn’t played much in competition this season so their statistics are a little misleading however, Utah is a tough defensive team and as I just don’t see the Highlanders being able to score more than 50-55 points in this one, I’m taking Utah to cover this spread.
