Portland was able to fight back after falling behind by a 53-40 margin early in the 2nd half however, couldn’t get enough stops on the defensive end to get the come from behind victory. Portland allowed Dayton to shoot 55.4% from the field and 45.5% (10-22) from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Pilots was Alec Wintering who had 31 points, 5 rebounds, and 8 assists. On the season, Portland is averaging 79.8 ppg on 46.6% shooting from the field. The Pilots average 8.8 three-pointers per game on 41.1% shooting from beyond the arc. Offensively, Portland has been led by Alec Wintering (20.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 6.8 apg), Jazz Johnson (17.0 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.8 apg), Gabe Taylor (15.0 ppg, 6.8 rpg), and D’Marques Tyson (8.4 ppg, 4.0 rpg).
