Lap 98- Hamlin has right front damage from pit road. Lap 95- This could be a Busch brother battle today. Kyle up to 3rd. Lap 91- Kyle Busch continues to move forward. He is up to 4th. Kurt has pulled away in first. Lap 89- Kurt Busch takes us back to green. Lap 84- Caution is out. Cars will head to pit road. Michael Waltrip hit the wall. Does that guy ever finish a race? Lap 82. Top 5 update. Kurt Busch leads followed by Montoya,Gordon,Biffle and Jimmy Johnson. Lap 81- Reutimann out of gas. Must not of put fuel in on the competition yellow. Oops. That will cost them 2 laps. Lap 77- Montoya is 1.5 seconds behind Busch, but is flying around the track. He is on 4 tires to Busch's two. If we stay green, he will catch the blue deuce. Lap 68- Newman is falling back. Might be the two tire stop. Lap 63- Kyle Busch passes Kahne. Kahen says too much air in the front tires. Montoya passes Newman for 2nd. Lap 62- Gordon takes 5th from Kahne. Johnson is loose back in 9th. They have had the same issue for weeks now. Lap 58- Kurt Busch takes the lead from Newman. We saw early that Busch meant business today. Brother Kyle is up to 7th. Lap 48- Top 5 update. Newman leads followed by Kurt Busch,Biffle, Kahne and Montoya. Lap 47- Stewart restaredt 36 and is all the way up to 25. Lap 44- Track has great grip. Cars are racing side by side all around the track. Lap 39- Here comes Roudy. Kyle Busch up to 9th. Lap 36- Newman clears and keeps the lead. Lap 35- Newman takes us to green once again. Kurt Busch will be on Newmans inside going into turn 1. Lap 33- Stewart in. Taping up the car. 4 tires as well. Lap 32- cars are moving again. Edwards came into pit road for work on the wing. Will have to start at the back as pit road wasnt open yet. Lap 32- Logano is released from the care center. Appears fine. Lap 32- Looks like a bit of damage to Stewarts car. Not a big deal, but will need a bit of tape on the fender when they stop. Lap 32-Cleanup continues on the track. Lap 32- I count 7 complete rolls by the #20. Lap 32- THe cars have been stopped on the track due to the large amount of debris. Stewart just missed this one. His old #20 went right in front of him. Lap 32- WOW. What a wreck. Robby Gordon involved as well. Window is down in the 20. That is great news. oey out of the car. THat was real scary. He looks ok. Lap 31-Logano Barral roles about 6 times and comes back to rest on all 4 tire. Truex, Sorenson involved. Lap 29- Newman takes us back to green. Lap 26- Kahne takes 2 tires. Newman takes 2. Montoya takes 4 and adjustments, Newman out first with Kurt Busch right behind him. Lap 25- Yellow waves as planned. Pit road should be busy. Lap 23- Johnson is starting to put cars a lap down. Just two laps away from competition yellow. Lap 22- Johnson out to a 1.8 second lead over Newman. Lap 21- Kurt Busch looks strong. He passed Vickers for 9th. Lap 16- Carl Edwards is starting to move up. Edwards qualified in 30th. Lap 7- Top five update. Jimmie Johnson leads followed by Newman,Montoya,Biffle and Kahne. Lap 2- Johnson moves out to decent lead. There will be a competition caution at lap 25. Lap 1- Jimmie Johnson leads them to the green. Race two of the "Chase" is underway. 1:12pm- Cars are rolling off pit road. 1:10pm- Lets see if Montoya gets paid back for his aggressive driving last week. Those not in the chase may feel like giving him some rough treatment. Can't say it would disappoint me. 1:08pm- Engines are fired up!!!!!! 1:03pm- Rain has moved out, National anthem has been sung. Engine fire up is next. 1pm-Welcome everyone. We are just over 15 minutes away from rice time.
