  Thank You/Upcoming Soccer Coverage

  Hey Everyone,

  With the European season's now near the end I just wanted to take some time to thank Mitch, Anthony and everyone who followed the Soccer coverage this season. It has been a long 10 months but I enjoyed every second and I hope you did as well.

  Congrats to Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan and Man United on winning their respective league titles and good luck to Braga/ Porto and Barca/Man United in the Europa League and Champions League Finals.

  Also just wanted to let all of you know that the Soccer coverage won't stop, as I will be covering three tournaments this summer:

  1. 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup (from June 5-25)
  
  2. 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup (from June 26 to July 17)
  
  3. 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup (from July 29 - August 20)

  and will be at the Canada Vs. Ecuador Friendly match on June 1st, so I should have an article on that as well.

  Thanks Kamal and Anthony for an awesome season and taking it to another level from a season ago, even without theWorld Cup like we had last summer.

  For those of you newer to the site, Kamal took the soccer section from an idea to a fully functioning and lively section of the site single handily. While he has had some help along the way and I know Anthony will be with us for years to come going forward, it was Kamal's tireless efforts which have brought the soccer section to it's current levels.

  If you are interested in joining our team, let me know and Kamal and I can go over it. We look at all applications and while not everyone is brought aboard, you will definiutely get a response from us at the very least.

  Once again though tis one is all about Kamal and a job well done.

  I would just like to take this opportunity to thank both Mitch and Kamal. Kamal has done a tremendous job on the soccer side of things and Mitch well he's producing a quality website with quality content. Its been a great season and I just want to extend my thanks to you both and to everyone who reads our articles. A good season overall and really looking forward to a summer of activity among the big clubs. I'll try to chip in with an article or two during the summer tournaments. Thanks again - Anthony
