The Toronto Blue Jays try to get payback for a 12-4 loss to the Houston Astros on Saturday at Minute Maid Park.
Houston trailed brielfy 1-0 before scoring in five straight frames. Toronto went ahead on Edwin Encarnacion's home run and fell behind after Matt Dominguez's HR. Jose Altuve's double things up for the Astros who also scored on an Altuve single, Robbie Grossman sacrifice fly, Grossman single and Grossman HR.

That wasn't all for Houston on the scoreboard. Brett Barmes singled in a run, Johnathan Villar knocked in three runs, two during the bottom of the fourth, and Jason Castro tripled in a run. The Jays jogged in runs during the fourth and eighth inning as well thanks to J.P. Arencibia's and Brett Lawrie's HRs.
Next up is Brad Peacock (2-4, 5.59 ERA) who the Astros are 0-3 when he throws in Houston. Peacock is 0-2 suffering April losses to the Oakland Athletics and Seattle Mariners giving up nine runs during 8.2 frames.
The Texas Rangers Aug. 10 however scored just once during six innings off of Peacock in a 5-4 Astros defeat. Toronto is 1-of-5 versus Peacock. Houston will try breaking through with Peacock on the mound at home.
The Blue Jays answer with Chien-Ming Wang (1-1, 7.13 ERA) who comes off two 1.2-frame nightmares of seven and six-run baseball. Wang lost once. Toronto however dropped both and don't seem to be too concerned with winning any more.
The Jays prevailed in Wang's first three starts this year in June. At the Chicago White Sox Wang conceded five runs during 7.1 innings to help Toronto get a 7-5 victory while blanking the Texas Rangers for seven frames five days later for a Wang win. The Astros' Trevor Crowe is 0-of-1 against Wang. I'll take a chance on Houston here.
