The Atlanta Braves and the Milwaukee Brewers meet in MLB action from American Family Field on Monday night.

The Atlanta Braves will try to find some consistency after alternating wins and losses in each of their last six games after a 7-3 loss to the Padres in their last game. Matt Olson has a team-high 34 hits with a .262 batting average and a team-high 14 doubles while Marcell Ozuna has 28 hits with 5 doubles, 5 home runs and 14 RBIs. Austin Riley hasn32 hits with 9 doubles, 7 home runs and 15 RBIs and Ozzie Albies has 6 home runs and 15 RBIs and Dansby Swanson also has a team-high 16 RBIs of his own as well this season. Ian Anderson will start here and is 3-1 with a 4.20 ERA and 22 strikeouts this season.

The Milwaukee Brewers will also be looking to find consistency after flipping wins and losses in each of their last six after a 7-3 win over Miami last time out. Willy Adames has a team-high of 9 home runs with 24 RBIs and 27 hits with 6 doubles while Christian Yelich also has 31 hits with 8 doubles, 5 homers and 20 RBIs. Rowdy Tellez has a team-high 9 doubles with a team-high 27 RBIs as well this season. Hunter Renfroe also has 9 home runs and Kolten Wong has a pair of triples. Freddy Peralta will start here and is 2-1 with a 4.40 ERA and 38 strikeouts this season.

Atlanta is 14-6 in their last 20 games against the NL Central and 46-17 in their last 63 games following a loss while the over is 5-0-1 in their last 6 games overall. Milwaukee is 18-8 in their last 26 games overall and 64-25 in their last 89 games against a team with a losing record while the over is 5-1-1 in their last 7 games overall.

I get the case to be made for either side here, but I’m looking at the Brewers here. Freddy Peralta seems to have turned things back in his favor after a rough start to the season and while Ian Anderson’s had some success for Atlanta, the reality here is that he’s given up a bit more than Peralta and if we get another solid start from Peralta here, 2-3 runs may be enough. Give me Milwaukee in this one.
