The New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Angels meet on Saturday in the Bronx for game two of their series.
The New York Yankees have been rolling so far this season but on Friday they just didn’t have any answers as they were blown out by the Angels. Brett Gardener had two hits and Carlos Beltran and Derek Jeter each had hits as the Yankees scored just one run on six hits. Starting pitcher Hiroki Kuroda allowed 10 hits and eight runs while striking out two over 4.2 innings to take the loss and fall to 2-2 for the season. For Saturday’s game the Yankees start Vidal Nuno who has worked both out of the bullpen and as a starter this season. For the year Nuno has allowed 12 hits and seven runs while striking out 11 over 9.1 innings for a 0-0 record and a 6.75 ERA.

This is a tough one as both pitchers will get hit and while I loved the Angels on Friday, this one is a coin flip and I will take the Yankees at home in a lean.
