The Toronto Blue Jays will hope to build on their current five-game win streak after an 11-10 win over the Angels in Sunday’s final matchup. Bo Bichette leads the Blue Jays with 50 hits including 12 doubles, 7 home runs and 24 RBIs while Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and George Springer each have a team-high 9 home runs and 24+ RBIs with Springer logging a team-high 26 RBIs. I get the case to be made for either side in this one, but I’m leaning towards the under here. Gausman is really good, but I still have concerns about the Jays’ bullpen behind him once he departs and against a White Sox lineup that can generate runs that is always a cause for concern. On the flipside, Giolito hasn’t been overly dominant this year and I think the Jays’ bats can get to him as well so give me the over in a game that hits 9 runs at the very least.
