For the season Archer has allowed 92 hits and 36 earned runs while striking out 90 over 100 innings for a 4-5 record and a 3.24 ERA.
Detroit is 5-1 in their last six home games, 5-2 in game three of a series, and 8-3 in Sanchez’s last 11 starts in against the AL East. Tampa Bay is 6-1 in their last seven road games, 6-2 against a right-handed starter, and 2-5 in Archer’s last seven starts. Tampa Bay is 7-16 in the last 23 meetings of these two.
The total in this one is set at eight and I like the under. My stronger play is on the winning side and I will post that in the Premium Area as well as on the App.
