The Pittsburgh Pirates continue their series at AT&T Park versus the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday.
The Pirates have managed to stay alive in the National League Central with the arms and bats getting on the same page in wins but not so much in defeats. The Buccos had everything going their way Monday with great pitching and early scoring in a 5-0 win at San Francisco. Starter Vance Worley was outstanding with a complete game four hitter whith the Pitt offense did their damage early with a 5-0 lead after two. Josh Harrison homered and scored twice with four others recording RBI's and three others scoring. Left hander Francico Liriano looks for another quality outing when he faces San Francisco on Tuesday. Liriano has allowed a single run on seven hits over 12 frames of his last two outings.

Hudson has been outstanding the last two times out with one earned run plated on 16 hits covering 13.1 frames.
Both hurlers have been above average the last two times out so this comes down to whether Liriano continues to throw well or tanks again and whether the Giants can get it together. Both scenarios are possible which makes this a tough one...
