The New York Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles continue their series on Wednesday afternoon at Yankee Stadium.
The New York Yankees needed to win them all to have any kind of chance of making he post season and they didn’t get it done as they took a loss on Tuesday against the Orioles. Brian McCann hit a home run and Derek Jeter and Brett Gardener each had hits as the Yankees scored four runs on six hits. Starting pitcher Brandon McCarthy allowed 11 hits and five runs while striking out eight over 5.1 innings to take the loss and fall to 7-5 for the season. For Wednesday’s game the Yankees start Shane Greene who is 5-3 for the season with a 3.24 Era and 1-1 with a 1.06 ERA in his last three starts.

The total is set at 8 and that is on the low side so my free pick is on the under. My stronger pick is on the winning side ad I will post that in the Premium Area as well as on the App.
