St. Louis Cardinals vs. Milwaukee Brewers - 6/1/15 MLB Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The St Louis Cardinals are the team to beat in the National League Central and have not hurt themselves over the last week. The Cardinals knocked off the Dodgers for their 5th win in six contests by a 3-1 count on Sunday. Starter Carlos Martinez tossed a one hit shutout over seven frames and struck out eight to up his record to 5-2. The Redbirds offense did their damage on eight hits and five walks with Jhonny Peralta going 2-3 with a homer and three RBI’s.   St Louis turns to Jamie Garcia for his third start of the season when he opposes Milwaukee on Monday. Garcia has been solid in two outings with five runs plated on 13 hits covering 13 innings.

The over is 6-2-1 in Milwaukee’s last 9 Monday games while the Brewers  are 11-28 in their last 39 road games and are 25-56 in their last 81 overall. St Louis are 42-12 in their last 54 home games and  are 47-16 in their last 63 games as a favorite while going  11-4 in their last 15 Monday games. The over is 6-2 in Garcia’s last 8 starts vs. Milwaukee while the Brewers are 23-49 in the last 72 meetings. The Cardinals are just unrelenting and right or wrong I’ll take them…
