The Kansas City Royals once again came through in the clutch to win the World Series opener in 14 innings. Starter Edinson Volquez gave up three runs on six hits through six frames with Kelvin Herrera allowing an unearned run. Chris Young picked up the victory with three innings of no hit baseball. The over is 7-1 in New York’s last 8 Wednesday games and is 29-10-1 in their last 40 road games while going 8-3 in their last 11 interleague games.
