The Braves are 16-35 in their last 51 game threes of a series, and 8-18 in their last 26 Wednesday games. Atlanta is also 7-15 in their last 22 against the National League Central and 25-56 in their last 81 road games.
As for the Reds, they’re 1-4 in their last five Wednesday games, and 4-12 in their last 17 game threes of a series. Cincinnati is also 4-1 in DeSclafani’s last five starts, and 5-2 in DeSclafani’s last seven home starts.
I don’t think DeSclafani will have much trouble here. I’ll take the Reds all the way.
