On Tuesday evening from Yankee Stadium, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees will be resuming their MLB series.
In Monday’s opener, the Dodgers banged out an 8-2 victory.

The Dodgers will be bringing out lefty Julio Urias on Tuesday. In his 15 games (13 starts) and 5-2 record, Urias owns a 3.69 ERA with a 1.45 WHIP in 68.1 innings. Urias took a no-decision his last time out against San Diego with 5.1 innings, three hits and two earned.
Los Angeles has some notable bats atop their order. Corey Seager has hit 177 times with 95 runs, 25 homers and 69 RBI. Adrian Gonzalez has hit 149 times with 79 RBI and 62 runs. Chase Utley is sitting on 115 hits with 72 runs and 46 RBI.
Over on the Yankees side, we’ll be seeing left-hander CC Sabathia in Tuesday’s game. Over his 26 starts and 8-12 record, Sabathia owns a 4.27 ERA with a 1.36 WHIP in 154 innings. In a no-decision against Tampa Bay his last time out, Sabathia put up four innings with seven hits and three earned.
The Yankees have some great hitters as well. Starlin Castro has bagged 143 hits with 62 runs, 20 homers and 66 RBI. Didi Gregorius sits on 136 hits with 62 runs and 64 RBI. Jacoby Ellsbury has put in 132 hits with 64 runs and 51 RBI so far.
The Dodgers are 5-1 in their last six during game two of a series, and 21-7 in their last 28 Tuesday games. Los Angeles is also 0-5 in their last five road games versus a left-handed starter, and 8-1 in Urias’ last nine starts.
Meanwhile, the Yankees are 6-1 in their last seven game twos of a series, and 5-1 in their last six versus a left-handed starter. New York is also 2-6 in Sabathia’s last eight home starts, and 16-5 in Sabathia’s last 21 interleague starts.
The Yankees have been playing great lately, but with Urias on the mound I like the Dodgers in this one.
