The San Diego Padres have been out of the running for the postseason for quite awhile and need to make some changes in the offseason. The Padres will be looking for consecutive victories after a narrow 4-3 win versus San Francisco. SD starter Clayton Richard gave up all three runs (two earned) on five hits through six innings with three relievers tossing scoreless baseball. San Diego banged out eight hits and walked five times with Adam Rosales going deep while Manuel Wright and Wil Myers drove in runs and scored. Paul Clemens toes the rubber for the first time against the rival Dodgers on Tuesday. Clemens has been outstanding with to starts without giving up a run over 10.2 innings.
The Dodgers are 15-4 in their last 19 Tuesday games and the under is 13-5-1 in their last 19 overall while going 13-5-1 in their last 19 on grass. The under is 7-2 in San Diego’s last 9 overall and is 7-2 in their last 9 on grass while going 7-2 in their last 9 vs. National League West. Probably not a good pick but the home squad…
