The Orlando Magic will be looking to snap a three-game skid tonight when they play host to the Milwaukee Bucks.
After consecutive wins over the Pelicans, Nets and Clippers, the Magic looked to be one of the surprise packages of the NBA, but have since lost three straight. Of the three losses, the latest came against the Celtics who were allowed to shoot a blistering 60.0 percent from the field as a team in a 120-105 loss. Victor Oladipo led the team with 17 points off the bench while Nikola Vucevic added a double double of 15 points and 10 rebounds, but the bottom line is that the Magic had a shocking night on defense, despite entering the game with the NBA's second best field goal percentage defense. With the loss, Orlando fall to 3-5 on the season and 0-4 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Bucks have lost three of their last four and are coming off an absolute beating thanks to the ruthless Heat who scorched them in a 118-95 loss. Milwaukee shot only 35 percent in the first three quarters of the game, before pouring in 33 garbage points against the Heat's second and third string reserves. The only starter to even finish in double digits in scoring was Caron Butler who scored 10 points on four of 15 shooting. The Bucks looked seriously outmatched in this loss but the fact is that they just caught the Heat at a bad time.
In ATS trends, the Bucks are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games against a team with a winning home record while the Magic are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following an ATS loss. Head to head, the Bucks are 0-7 ATS in the last seven meetings overall and 3-9 ATS in teh last 12 meetings in Orlando.
I'm not sure how the Magic can beat teams like the Nets and Clippers and then lose to the Celtics (twice) and the Hawks. Nothing steadies the ship like a big win over a struggling team and that's exactly what they get in the Bucks who already played last night. Orlando have been quite impressive at home (3-1) and I think that form will continue at the expense of the Bucks tonight.
