The Boston Celtics look to snap a three-game skid tonight when they take on the Houston Rockets.
The Celtics will be looking to avoid a fourth straight loss tonight after getting blown off the court by the Timberwolves on Saturday. Avery Bradley scored a game-high 27 points while Brandon Bass added 15 points, but the Celtics just couldn't run with the Wolves in the second half where they were outscored by 51-38, including 34-20 in the third quarter. Perhaps most concerning for the Celtics has been the play of Jeff Green who is 4 for 18 over the last two contests, including 0 for 6 against the Wolves despite averaging a team-high 15.5 points per game this season.

Meanwhile, the Rockets have bounced back from consecutive losses with three wins in their last four outings, including a 122-111 win against the Nuggets on Saturday. In a game with plenty of points and not much defense, James Harden hed 17 points and nine assists, Chandler Parsons had 20 and Dwight Howard shot a blistering 17 of 24 from the free throw line to finish with 25 points. Jeremy Lin also added 16 points off the bench and has been one of the hottest players for the Rockets lately, averaging 25.5 points over the last four games.
In ATS trends, the Celtics are 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games while the Rockets are 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games following a win of more than 10 points.
Head to head, the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings overall and the under is 7-1 int he last eight meetings in Houston.
Based on talent and current form, these teams could not be further apart and it's hard for me to even make a case for the Celtics in this game. The Celtics showed earlier in the season that they can beat teams like the Heat, but I'm not even going to try to talk myself out of this one, I'm taking the Rockets to win this on by double digits at home.
