The Dallas Mavericks pay a visit to the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center on Saturday night.

The Dallas Mavericks have been in decent shape as they’ve won three of their last four games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after sneaking past the struggling Pelicans in a 111-106 home win on Thursday. Luka Doncic led the team with 31 points, eight rebounds and four assists, Spencer Dinwiddie added 21 points on just four of 19 shooting while Josh Green chipped in with 15 points on seven of 10 shooting off the bench. As a team, the Mavericks shot 43 percent from the field and 14 of 41 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 70 points in the first half to build a 31-point lead which proved to be just enough as the Pelicans rallied to make it interesting late.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors have been in decent shape as they’ve won four of their last seven games overall, but they will be hoping to snap a two-game skid after getting thrashed by the Nuggets in a 134-117 road loss on Thursday. Stephen Curry led the team with 28 points and five assists on 10 of 17 shooting, Jordan Poole added 22 points while Jonathan Kuminga chipped in with 17 points on seven of nine shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot 50 percent from the field and 19 of 38 from the 3-point line as they kept pace with the Nuggets in a high-scoring first half, before they allowed the Nuggets to go on a 24-6 run in the third quarter to get blown out in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Mavericks are 9-23 ATS in their last 32 road games, 6-20-1 ATS in their last 27 games following a win and 16-33-2 ATS in their last 51 games overall. The Warriors are 1-5 ATS in their last six home games, 1-4 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a loss of more than 10 points.

Head to head, the over is 4-1 in the last five meetings overall and the Mavericks are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Golden State.

The Mavericks are seriously banged up as Luka Doncic, Christian Wood and Davis Bertans are all out, while Spencer Dinwiddie is listed as questionable. The Warriors have their own issues as Draymond Green and Klay Thompson are both questionable while Stephen Curry is listed as day to day. You couldn’t bet on either team with much confidence these days, but with all the injuries plaguing the Mavericks, I have to side with the Warriors to take advantage in this spot.
