The Line: Charlotte Bobcats -2 -- Over/Under: 196 See the Latest Odds
The Sacramento Kings will head to Charlotte on Tuesday to face off against the Bobcats.
The Charlotte Bobcats are currently 10-14 this season, Charlotte currently has one of the worst offenses in the league, scoring an average of 90.4 points per game this season, but the defense has been what is keeping this team alive, holding opponents to 92.5 points per game, good enough to earn the Bobcats the second ranked scoring defense in the NBA as of now. Charlotte has struggled as of late however, dropping their last three games in a row.

The Sacramento Kings head to Charlotte on Tuesday with a record of 7-15 this season, and on the road, the Kings are just 2-5 this season. The Kings showed us a few weeks ago that they are serious about this season, by trading for Rudy Gay, and the Kings offense, has improved somewhat from that trade. Currently, the Kings are averaging 99.5 points per game on the year, led by Cousins, who is scoring 22 per game this year on average.
The Kings are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games against teams with a losing record, and the Kings are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games against the Southeast. The over is 4-0 in the last four games for the Kings on the road against a losing team this season.
The Bobcats are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games following an ATS loss, and the Bobcats are 8-2 against the spread in their last ten games following an outright loss. The favorite is 4-0 against the spread in their last four meetings between the Kings and the Bobcats.
I’m going to take the under in this spot. I don’t really understand why the odds makers set this number so low, but I think we are getting some real value here with the under.
Neither the Bobcats, nor the Kings have anything close to an explosive offense, and I see nothing that will change that here on Tuesday. I’ll be on the under in this one for sure.
