The Chicago Bulls head to the Bradley Center on Friday to face off against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Milwaukee Bucks have really struggled this season, as the Bucks are sitting at 7-27 on the year, and currently the Bucks are bringing up the rear in the Central division. The Bucks are allowing triple digits this season, giving up 100.6 points per game on the year, while the offense is scoring just over 92 per outing. Not a good combination obviously. The Bucks have dropped three straight heading into their meeting with the Bulls, and are just 1-4 overall in their last five games with their latest loss coming on Tuesday against the Warriors, falling 101-80.

The Chicago Bulls have struggled this season after losing Rose once again to injury, as the Bulls are just 15-18 on the year. After the Bulls traded away their leading scorer Deng to the Cavs, it’s clear to see that this is a rebuilding year for Chicago. The Bulls however have been playing pretty well as of late, as the Bulls have won three straight heading into their meeting here with the Bucks, with their latest win coming on Tuesday against the Suns in Chicago, 92-87. This will be the first road game for the Bulls after that three game home winning streak, so it will be interesting to see if the Bulls can keep the momentum going here against a vulnerable Bucks squad.
The Bulls have played well lately against lesser competition, going 5-0 against the spread in their last five games against teams with a losing record. The Bulls also are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall. The Bulls are 4-1 as well, in their last five games against the East.
The Bucks are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games following an outright loss, and the Bucks are also just 1-5 against the spread in their last six games overall.
I don’t love this Chicago team on the road, but I just can’t see backing the Bucks in this spot. Milwaukee hasn’t shown me anything all year long, and the Bulls have all the momentum right now.
