The Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks collide at Madison Square Garden on Sunday night.

The Philadelphia 76ers are in red-hot form as they’ve won nine of their last 10 games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after beating the Spurs in a 137-125 road win on Friday. Joel Embiid led the team with 33 points, 10 rebounds and four assists, Tyrese Maxey added 25 points off the bench while James Harden chipped in with 16 points and eight assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 52 percent from the field and 13 of 27 from the 3-point line as they took control of the contest with 47 points in the second quarter, before they made another push in the third quarter to lead by as many as 23 points.

Meanwhile, the New York Knicks have been in a funk as they’ve lost seven of their last 10 games overall and they will be hoping to bounce back after falling short against the Clippers in a 134-128 overtime loss on Saturday. Jalen Brunson led the team with 41 points and seven assists on 14 of 19 shooting, Julius Randle added 28 points with 11 rebounds and seven assists while RJ Barrett finished with 14 points on six of 21 shooting. As a team, the Knicks shot 47 percent from the field and 18 of 40 from the 3-point line as they fought hard to rally all the way back from a 17-point deficit in regulation, only to fall short in overtime where they allowed the Clippers to score 19 points.

Looking at the betting trends, the 76ers are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games, 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games against a team with a winning record and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games overall. The Knicks are 19-7-1 ATS in their last 27 games playing on zero days’ rest and 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 games against a team with a winning record.

Head to head, the under is 5-2 in the last seven meetings in New York and the 76ers are 3-1-1 ATS in the last five meetings in New York.

The 76ers are keeping an eye on Joel Embiid who is questionable due to left foot soreness, while the Knicks have listed Ryan Arcidiacono as day to day for this one. You definitely want to check on the status of Embiid before tipoff, but even if he doesn’t suit up, I’ll take the 76ers who are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games over a Knicks team playing their second game of a back to back set.
