The Toronto Raptors travel to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz tonight.
The Raptors have won five of their last seven games but will be a little disappointed they let one get away on Saturday when they lost to the Trailblazers by 106-103. DeMar DeRozan exploded for 36 points and 12 assists, including clutch free throws to give the Raptors the lead with 25 seconds left in the game, but the Blazers would turn to Damian Lillard who delivered with the go-ahead basket, sending the Raptors to 25-22 overall and 13-12 on the road. Kyle Lowry had a nice game of 23 points and eight assists while Jonas Valanciunas added 18 points to round out the scoring.

Meanwhile, the Jazz have lost four of their last six and will be hoping to avoid a third straight loss after getting thumped by the Clippers by 102-87 on Saturday. Enes Kanter put together a nice performance of 23 points and 14 rebounds while Richard Jefferson had a rare showing of 19 points, but despite heading into halftime locked up at 42-42, the Jazz came out of the second half slow and fell victim to a red-hot Jamal Crawford who took over the game and finished with 27 points. With the loss, Utah drop to 16-31 overall and 6-18 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Raptors are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a loss and 21-6 ATS in their last 27 games overall, while the Jazz are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five home games and 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a loss of more than 10 points.
Head to head, the Raptors are 3-13 ATS in the last 16 meetings overall and 1-5 ATS in the last six in Utah.
Derrick Favors is expected to miss yet another game but his presence inside should be covered by the strong form of Kanter who is coming off a big game. However, whether Favors plays or not, I'm still sticking with the in-form Raptors to win and cover on the road against this struggling Jazz outfit.
