The Miami Heat and the Golden State Warriors duke it out at the Chase Center on Monday night.

The Miami Heat have been in fine form as they’ve won nine of their past 12 games, but they will be hoping to bounce back in this one after falling painfully short to the Kings in a 115-113 road loss last night. Omer Yurtseven led the team with 22 points and 16 rebounds, Tyler Herro added 22 points on eight of 23 shooting, Jimmy Butler scored 21 points with five assists while Kyle Lowry chipped in with 14 points and 12 assists. As a team, the Heat shot 43 percent from the field and nine of 33 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in control after working their way back from an early 11-point deficit, only to come up just short as the Kings escaped on a pair of free throws from De’Aaron Fox with just 6.2 seconds remaining.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors have been on a tear as they’ve won seven of their past nine games and they will be looking to stay hot after beating the Jazz in a 123-116 road win on Saturday. Stephen Curry led the team with 28 points, six rebounds and nine assists, Andrew Wiggins added 25 points while Otto Porter Jr. chipped in with 20 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. As a team, the Warriors shot 53 percent from the field and 17 of 32 from the 3-point line as they as they looked to be in trouble after squandering a 14-point halftime lead after allowing 41 points in the third quarter, before pouring in 37 points in the fourth quarter to escape with the win.

Looking at the betting trends, the Heat are 7-2 ATS in their last nine games playing on zero days’ rest and 6-0 ATS in their last six games against a team above .600. The Warriors are 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 home games, 20-7 ATS in their last 27 games against a team with a winning record and 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games against a team above .600.

Head to head, the over is 5-1 in the last six meetings overall, the Heat are 10-4-3 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Golden State and the Heat are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings overall.

The Heat will once again be without PJ Tucker, Gabe Vincent and Duncan Robinson while KZ Okpala is listed as day to day, while the Warriors should be close to full strength except for Klay Thompson and James Wiseman. The Heat are certainly capable of pull of the upset against the red-hot Warriors, but they’re a little banged up and they’re playing this one on zero days’ rest. I like the Warriors to get the win in this one, but with the line so hefty, I’m going to lean towards the Heat who are 10-4-3 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Golden State.
