The Philadelphia 76ers travel to the Vivint Arena to take on the Utah Jazz on Saturday night in NBA action.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been in red-hot form as they’ve won 13 of their last 17 games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back here after getting thrashed by the Thunder in a 133-114 loss on Thursday. Joel Embiid led the team with 30 points and 10 rebounds on 10 of 17 shooting, James Harden racked up 24 points with 15 assists while Tyrese Maxey chipped in with 17 points and six assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 44 percent from the field and 11 of 36 from the 3-point line, but they struggled to contain the Thunder from the start and never looked like they were going to pull off the win after allowing the Thunder to go ahead by double-digits.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have been in poor shape as they’ve lost seven of their last nine games overall, but they will be eager to build some momentum after outlasting the Cavaliers in a 116-114 home win on Tuesday. Jordan Clarkson led the team with 32 points, six rebounds and four assists, Lauri Markkanen added 25 points with 16 rebounds while Mike Conley and Malik Beasley each scored 13 points. As a team, the Jazz shot 43 percent from the field and 10 of 36 from the 3-point line as they squandered a 13-point lead to trail by six points in the fourth quarter, before they closed the final 5:05 on a 19-11 run to escape with the unlikely victory.

Looking at the betting trends, the 76ers are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games against a team with a winning home record and 4-0 ATS in their last four Saturday games. The Jazz are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games playing on zero days’ rest and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games against a team above .600.

Head to head, the under is 13-5 in the last 18 meetings overall and the 76ers are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings overall.

The 76ers could be a little shorthanded in this one as Tobias Harris is listed as questionable due to knee soreness, while the Jazz are still missing Kelly Olynyk and Mike Conley. The 76ers have been one of the hottest teams in the league, they are almost at full health and they just blew away the Pistons in a big win on Thursday. The Jazz were really struggling before their win over the Cavaliers and they’re still missing a couple of key players in Olynyk and Conley. The 76ers were on fire before they got ambushed by the Thunder in their last outing and they are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings overall, so I’ll back them to get the job done here against this banged up Jazz team.
