The San Antonio Spurs look to continue their winning form tonight when they take on the Portland Trailblazers.
The Spurs have won six of their last eight games and will be looking for a third straight win after taking down the Clippers by 113-103 last night. Tim Duncan flirted with a triple-double, scoring 19 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists while Marco Belinelli added 20 points, but Patty Mills was the real x-factor in this game, scoring 19 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter in the absence of Tony Parker. With the win, San Antonio improves to 39-15 on the season and 21-7 on the road where they've won five of their last seven.

Meanwhile, the Trailblazers were sitting near the top of the Western Conference standings for the majority of the season before they fell into a mini-slump to drop to fifth. In their last game before the All-Star break, LaMarcus Aldridge scored 25 points while Damian Lillard added 21, but the Blazers just couldn't contain the Clippers defensively as they allowed them to shoot over 58 percent from the field and rack up 30 or more points in each quarter. The break came at the right time for the Blazers but they'll have to start off the second half of the season without their leading scorer as Aldridge is expected to miss at least a week with a left groin strain.
In ATS trends, the Spurs are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following a win and 1-5 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record, while the Blazers are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last five home games.
Head to head, the Spurs are 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings overall and just 2-10 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Portland.
The Spurs impressed me last night but I doubt they can repeat that performance tonight.
