TV:

The New York Knicks invade the Air Canada Center to battle the Toronto Raptors tonight.

The Knicks were doing everything they could to sneak their way into the playoff picture, but their playoff hopes took a major hit on Sunday when they fell to the Heat by 102-91. JR Smith led the way with 32 points including 10 three-pointers, but just didn't have enough support to hang with the Heat who shot 56 percent from the field led by 38 points from LeBron James. Carmelo Anthony tried to battle his way through a shoulder injury but just didn't look like himself, scoring just 13 points on four of 17 shooting and Tim Hardaway Jr. continued his struggles against the Heat, missing all of his seven shot attempts and finishing the game scoreless. With the loss, New York falls to three games behind Atlanta in the loss column with just four games left to play.

Toronto Raptors vs. New York Knicks - 4/11/14

USA TODAY Sports

Meanwhile, the Raptors have continued their surge towards the playoffs with their seventh win in their last eight games and their fourth straight overall. On Wednesday, Kyle Lowry showed no signs of rust in his first game back from a three-game absence, leading the team with 29 points while Jonas Valanciunas dominated inside with 26 points on 10 of 14 shooting as the Raptors trounced the 76ers by 125-114. With the win, Toronto remains locked with fourth-placed Chicago who have an identical record of 46-32.

In ATS trends, the Knicks are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games following a loss of more than 10 points and 1-4 ATS in their last five against the Eastern Conference, while the Raptors are 4-1 ATS in their last five games following a win of more than 10 points and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 home games.

Head to head, the Knicks are 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings overall and just 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Toronto.

I am definitely looking at the Raptors to win and cover tonight but I'll have to wait to see the spread before I can give out my free pick.

The line is finally out for this game and I think there's some value in the Raptors to win and cover at home.
