The Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder will play a game seven on Saturday night to advance the winner into the second round of the NBA playoffs.
Memphis lost game six 104-84, dropping the Grizzlies to 3-7 SU in their last 10 games when allowing 100 or more points. The Grizzlies didn’t help themselves by shooting just 37.3 percent from the field and making only three of 14 three-ball attempts. Mike Conley left the game with a hamstring injury but does expect to play on Saturday. In this series, the Grizzlies continue to play incredible defense but are shooting just 42.2 percent, which is nearly a four percent decrease from their season average. Although Zach Randolph has been key in this series, he’s shooting only 40.4 percent in this series, nearly a six percent decrease from his season shooting percentage. The Grizzlies will have to win on the road, a place where they allow 93.7 points. The Memphis Grizzlies are 39-45-4 ATS overall and 20-21-3 ATS on the road.

With the game six win, the Thunder are now 12-4 SU in their last 16 games when scoring 100 or more points. The Thunder had a vintage performance by shooting 49.3 percent and getting 36 points from their star Kevin Durant. But that one performance doesn’t mean the Thunder are out of the woods just yet, as they’re shooting only 40.5 percent from the field and 29.7 percent from three in this series. Besides game six, the Thunder have struggled mightily to put the ball in the hoop and average 15 turnovers. Defensively, the Thunder return home where they allow teams to shoot 43.6 percent and average 98.5 points. The Oklahoma City Thunder are 45-40-3 ATS overall and 24-18-2 ATS at home.
The Grizzlies are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 road games and 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games following a S.U. loss. The Thunder are 9-4-2 ATS in their last 15 home games and 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall. The Grizzlies are 8-3-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Oklahoma City.
I'm not sure how this line can be so high considering four of the six games have gone into overtime and Memphis has bothered OKC defensively. The Grizz have a chance to win this game SU and it wouldn't be surprising at all. Take Memphis and the points and call it a day.
