2013-14 Season: 16.1 PPG-3.9 RPG-2.1 APG
Strengths: Left hander that can make shots from anywhere on the floor and can take opposing defenders off the dribble. Hits 80% at the foul line and has NBA three point range. Can dribble and pass well and is not a 'black hole' when he gets the ball. Good defender and has the potential to play some guard. Will post up, drive to the basket and has a step back jumper while able to use either hand in close.
Weakness: Not very strong and lacks bulk which will hurt his inside game. Not a great rebounder which is a factor of not being strong enough and from a lack of length. Doesn't always use his quickness and height advantage versus smaller opponents which screams for a need to be more aggressive. Didn't get to the line as much as he should and that's points left on the floor for an 80% shooter. Most areas point to a need to get bigger and take the game to the opposition.
Projection: If Hood can add some weight and get stronger some team will have a guy who can do a little of everything and that's every GM's dream. Anywhere from 10-15 seems like a probable position in the draft.
