The Indiana Pacers look to stave off elimination against the Miami Heat in Game 5.
The Heat were able to improve to 3-1 in the series thanks to a big night from LeBron James who had 32 points and Chris Bosh who exploded for 25 points, his biggest scoring performance these playoffs. We expect nothing less from James but Bosh's big night really stretched the Pacers and at times, left Roy Hibbert looking pretty helpless on the perimeter. Defensively, the Heat allowed the Pacers to shoot almost 50 percent from the floor, but forced 14 turnovers to their five, kept Roy Hibbert scoreless and Lance Stephenson to just nine points. Now, they head back on the road with their third straight win, looking to seal the deal and advance to the NBA Finals.

Meanwhile, Paul George scored 23 points while David West added 20, but the jekyll and hyde Pacers had another one of their poor games. Of course, you have to give the Heat plenty of credit for their excellent play, but the Pacers definitely gave them a bit of a hand. Let's forget for the moment that Hibbert finished scoreless for the fourth time in these playoffs because I'm getting used to it. The Pacers need to rediscover their defensive identity because the Heat were forced into just five turnovers, and they also have to find a way of defending without fouling because the free-throws made disparity of 30 to 11 is far too wide.
With the Pacers playing for their lives in Game 5, you just know that they'll put up a much better fight than they did on Monday, but then again, the Heat are a perfect 8-0 in their last eight games when up 3-1 in the series. I'm sticking with the much more reliable Heat.
