Strengths: Might not be the best athlete but is able to do many things well and is constantly on the move defensively and offensively. Plays the game like a season vet and knows where to be on the floor in all situations. He doesn't take plays off and defines the word 'hustle'. A competent shooter from anywhere on the floor with range that stretches out to the three point line. Seldom takes bad shots and is very unselfish. Has a seven foot wing span that bothers offensive players and adds to his rebounding prowess. A great personality combines with all the physical tools to make him a very special player with vast potential.
Weakness: Parker's shot can be a bit on the inconsistent side and he is still young which means he will have plenty of growing pains in the NBA. Although he is physically gifted he needs to get stronger to battle the big men he will encounter although that wasn't a worry in college. The downside isn't much but he tends to be more of an offensive player and isn't athletic in the mold of an Andrew Wiggins so going against NBA players is always an unknown.
Projection: Parker can handle and shoot the ball as well as anyone and could be the most well rounded player in the draft with crazy offensive skills. He could be the top pick in 2014 but most experts have him going second and it would be surprising if he fell any lower.
