The Golden State Warriors will be hosting the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night at the Oracle Arena.
The Golden State Warriors have one of the better rosters in the league this season, and it is showing as the Warriors are 5-1 right now. The Warriors, once again have an outstanding offense, that is putting up an average of 105.2 points per game, led by Stephen Curry, who is averaging 27.7 points per game. The thing I love about this Warriors team right now is their defensive play. The Warriors are ranked sixth in the NBA right now in scoring defense, giving up just 94.8 points per game. In Golden State’s last outing, the Warriors defeated the Suns on Sunday, 107-95.

The San Antonio Spurs, like the Warriors, have one of the best rosters in the league, although the Spurs right now are sitting at just 3-3 on the season. The Spurs have already rested their players at points this season, as San Antonio clearly is looking to be in the playoffs again this season. The Spurs have an excellent scoring defense right now, giving up just 94.8 per outing, and while the offensive numbers haven’t been there, I wouldn’t worry too much if I were a Spurs fan as this team will be solid when they need to be The Spurs earned a solid win in their last outing, defeating the Clippers on Monday night, 89-85.
The Spurs are an impressive 10-4 overall against the Warriors in their last 14 meetings.
I'm going to have to take the Warriors here. It's tough going agaisnt the Spurs, but the Warriors are on fire right now, and having to face the Warriors with no rest is no easy task.
