The San Antonio Spurs are good at basketball. The Spurs are 5-3 on the season right now, but don’t be fooled by the average record, the Spurs are still one of the best teams in the league this season. San Antonio has a very tough defense, ranking fourth in the league currently, giving up just 93.6 points per game on average. The Spurs, like the King are also solid on the boards. San Antonio is in the fourth game of a four game road stretch, that has seen them go 3-0 so far. In their last outing, the Spurs defeated the lowly Lakers 93-80.
I have to take the Spurs in this spot. The Kings have played well this season, and Sacramento is a good team, I just don't see them matching up well with San Antonio. Close call, but I have to side with San Antonio here.
