The Portland Trailblazers look to avoid a third straight loss tonight when they visit the Indiana Pacers.
The Portland Trailblazers had won 14 of 15 but are suddenly in danger of losing their third straight after falling to the Bulls by 115-106 last night. LaMarcus Aldridge dominated with 35 points on 15 of 24 shooting while Damian Lillard matched his teammate with 35 pooints of his own, but it still wasn't enough against the balanced offense of the Bulls who had it all clicking last night. Yes, the Blazers were on the road against a very good Bulls team so this loss shouldn't have come as too much of a surprise, but they had beaten the Bulls in the last seven meetings overall. With the loss, Portland drop to 17-6 overall and 7-4 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers have lost seven straight and are coming into this game fresh off a 106-94 rout at Toronto last night. Donald Sloan had 16 points off the bench while Rodney Stuck and CJ Watson added 13 each, but the Pacers were still no match for the Raptors' bench players who scorched them for 64 points, including 26 points from Louis Williams. Defensively, the Pacers did a nice job of holding the Raptors to 41.8 percent shooting, which is why they're ranked seventh in the league in points allowed, but they still can't score enough points to stay competitive in most matches. With the loss, Indiana falls to 7-16 overall and 3-9 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Blazers are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a loss and 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games overall, while the Pacers are 2-5 TS in their last seven games overall and 1-4-1 ATS in their last six home games.
Head to head, the Blazers are 6-15 ATS in the last 21 meetings overall and 3-8 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Indiana.
The Blazers are far and away the better team in this one and shouldn't have too much of a problem escaping with the win.
