The Los Angeles Clippers and Atlanta Hawks square off Tuesday night at the Philips Arena.

The Los Angeles Clippers have split their last six games and end a short two-game road trip. On the season, the Clippers are averaging 106.4 points on 47.8 percent shooting and are allowing 100.2 points on 45.7 percent shooting. Blake Griffin is averaging 23.2 points and 7.8 rebounds while Chris Paul is averaging 17.9 points and 9.9 assists. Jamal Crawford is shooting 42.4 percent from the field and DeAndre Jordan is grabbing 13.2 rebounds. The Los Angeles Clippers just can’t figure things out on the road this season, as they’ve lost four straight away from home and are 8-6 overall. The good news for the Clippers is that their offense is cruising, topping 100 points in six straight games and shooting 40.9 percent from beyond the arc in their last five games.

Hawks vs. Clippers - 12/23/14 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Hawks have won four straight games and continue to be that surprise team in the East. On the season, the Hawks are averaging 103 points on 47.3 percent shooting and are allowing 97 points on 44.2 percent shooting. Paul Millsap is averaging 16.3 points and 7.8 rebounds while Al Horford is averaging 14.2 points and 6.5 rebounds. Kyle Korver is shooting 51.9 percent from the field and DeMarre Carroll is grabbing 5.3 rebounds. The Atlanta Hawks continue to play lights out defense, as they’re allowing just 42 percent shooting in their last five games and holding eight of their last 10 opponents to under 100 points. The Hawks have won seven straight home games and are 12-2 overall. Jeff Teague is questionable for this game with a hamstring injury.

The Clippers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. Eastern Conference and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Southeast. The Hawks are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Pacific. The Clippers are 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings and the home team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings.

Are you really going to pick against the Hawks with the way they've been playing all month? Not me, especially with the way the Clippers have been stinking things up away from home.
