The Atlanta Hawks travel to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz tonight.
The Atlanta Hawks have won 16 of their last 18 games and are coming off an impressive 109-101 win over the Cavaliers who played without LeBron James. Paul Millsap stuffed the stat sheet with 26 points and a whole bunch of goodies while Jeff Teague added 23 points and 11 assists and Kyle Korver nailed five threes en route to 19 points as the Hawks took advantage of the shorthanded Cavaliers. Defensively, the Hawks couldn't do much to stop Kyrie Irving who poured in 35 points, but they made sure to keep a lid on the rest of the team while forcing turnovers. In the end, it was just another solid win for the Hawks who improve to 23-8 on the season.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz can't boast such an impressive record, but they're defninitely improving as the season goes on as they've won five of their last seven overall and are coming off a 100-94 win against the Timberwolves. Gordon Hayward scored 11 of his 26 points in the final four minutes to help the Jazz beat the lowly Wolves. Trey Burke also had 26 points, Derrick Favors added 15 and Enes Kanter had 14 points to round out the scoring for the Jazz who improved to 11-21 on the season and 6-9 at home with their latest win.
In ATS trends, the Hawks are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games and 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games overall, while the Jazz are 7-2 ATS in their last nine games overall and a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Hawks are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings overall and the Over is 5-2 in the last seven.
The Jazz have definitely been playing their best basketball, but I have to say thay I'm surprised that the Hawks are favored by just four points in this one. If the Hawks aren't missing any players I don't know about, I'm definitely taking them to win this one and cover the spread.
