The Phoenix Suns travel to the Target Center to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight.
The Minnesota Timberwolves are now level with the 76ers on 5-28 overall after losing to the Nuggets by 110-101 for their 12th straight loss. Gorgui Dieng led the scoring with 22 points and 12 rebounds, Andrew Wiggins added 20 points while Shabazz Muhammad added 19, but there was just no stopping the Nuggets who shot 54.8 percent from the field led by 34 points from Arron Afflalo. There weren't many positives to take from the loss except for the fact that it could have been much worse before the Wolves were actually down by 21 points heading into halftime.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have won nine of their last 11 overall and will be going for a fourth straight win after taking down the Bucks by 102-96 last night. The Suns were lethargic to start the game which led to just 15 first-quarter points, but they picked it up late and managed to pull away late thanks to 26 points from Markieff Morris and 19 points from Isaiah Thomas off the bench. Goran Dragic added 16 points while Eric Bledsoe had a mixed bag of 10 points and 10 assists while committing seven turnovers. With the win, Phoenix improves 21-16 overall and 12-9 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 6-0 ATS in their last six games against a team with a losing record and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall, while the Wolves are 8-20-1 ATS in their last 29 games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six home games.
Head to head, the Suns are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Minnesota and the Under is 6-1 in the last seven meetings overall.
I know the Suns played just last night, but the Suns have been on an absolute roll ATS lately, especially against the teams with losing records so I'm definitely sticking with them over the Wolves for sure.
