Pacers vs. Celtics - 1/9/15 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Indiana Pacers have split their last eight games and play their first home game of 2015. On the season, the Pacers are averaging 95.1 points on 43.1 percent shooting and are allowing 96.6 points on 44.3 percent shooting. C.J. Miles is averaging 12.3 points and 2.8 rebounds while David West is averaging 12.1 points and 6.7 rebounds. Solomon Hill is shooting 39.6 percent from the field and Donald Sloan is dishing 4.6 assists. The Indiana Pacers are still inconsistent but continue to play quality defense, as they’re allowing teams to shoot 31.2 percent from deep in their last five games. The Pacers have won five of their last seven games when holding their opponent under 100 points. Roy Hibbert, George Hill and Rodney Stuckey are all questionable for this game with injuries.

The Celtics are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 1 days rest and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. NBA Central. The Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 vs. NBA Atlantic. The under is 6-2 in the last 8 meetings.

The Boston Celtics remain compeitive and are one of those teams that isn't talented but continues to fight. Not sure we can trust the Pacers. Give me Boston and the points.
