The Golden State Warriors travel to Salt Lake City to battle the Utah Jazz tonight.
The Golden State Warriors will be looking to build on their six-game win streak after dominating the shorthanded Cavaliers by 112-94 on Friday. Stephen Curry led the way with 23 points and 10 assists while Klay Thompson scored a team-high 24 points as the Warriors recovered from a sloppy start to the game to beat the Cavs who were without LeBron James. As a team, the Warriors shot a healthy 50 percent from the field and you can credit some of that to Draymond Green who gets little praise for all the dirty work he does like fill the box score with 10 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists. The Warriors have been red-hot all season and have won their last six by an average of 22.2 points.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have lost four of their last six overall and will be hoping to avoid a third straight loss after getting routed by the Rockets by 97-82 on Saturday. Trey Burke and Enes Kanter led the team with 16 points each while Derrick Favors added 15, but no other player finished in double digits as the Jazz struggled to keep up with the Rockets, falling behind by as many as 20 points thanks to a season-high 27 turnovers. It was a real disappointing performance but not at all surprising given that they'd already lost to the Rockets by double digits earlier in the season. With the loss, Utah drops to 13-25 overall and 7-14 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Warriors are 5-0 ATS in their last five games following a win of more than 10 points and 23-7 ATS in their last 30 games following a win, while the Jazz are 7-2 ATS in their last nine games following a loss and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Warriors are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in Utah and the Under is 20-7-1 in the last 28 meetings overall.
These teams last met on Nov. 21 and it was the Warriors who won that meeting by 101-88 and given the form the Warriors have been in, I'm expecting more of the same. It's always tough playing in Utah, but there's just no way I'm betting against the Warriors anytime soon.
