The San Antonio Spurs take a trip to the nation's capital to take on the Washington Wizards tonight.
The San Antonio Spurs have won five of their last seven overall and will be going for a third straight win after cruising past the Timberwolves by 108-93 on Saturday. Austin Daye led the scoring with 22 points while Patty Mills had 19, but that was because the Spurs were up by 15 point at halftime which allowed coach Popovich to give all his reserves an extra run in the game. Kawhi Leonard, Manu Ginobili and Marco Belinelli all missed the game with injuries and it is still unclear if any of those players will suit up for tonight's game. San Antonio has struggled to stay healthy all season, but there's still no reason to panic as they're still 23-15 on the season without playing anywhere near their best.

Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards were on a bit of a roll before the Hawks snapped their three-game win streak on Sunday. John Wall led the way with 15 points and eight assists but turned the ball over a season-high eight times as the Wizards got dominated by the Hawks 120-89 for their worst loss of the season. All five starters finished in double digits in scoring but it was nowhere near enough to keep up with the Hawks who combined to shoot 16 of 31 from the three-point line. With the loss, Washington dropped to 25-12 overall and 9-8 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Spurs are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games following a win and 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a win of more than 10 points, while the Wizards are 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight games following a loss and 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
Head to head, the Spurs are 20-5-2 ATS in the last 27 meetings overall and a perfect 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings in Washington.
There's no denying that the Spurs have dominated the Wizards lately, but this just looks like a good a spot as any for the Wizards to grab an unlikely victory while the Spurs aren't at full strength.
