The Line: Phoenix Suns -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Portland Trailblazers invade the US Airways Center to take on the Phoenix Suns tonight.
The Portland Trailblazers were able to snap a three-game skid on Monday by beating the Kings by 98-94 despite losing LaMarcus Aldridge to a thumb injury in the second quarter. Damian Lillard and Wesley Matthews picked up the slack and led the way with 22 and 17 points respectively as the Blazers once again shifted into another gear in the fourth quarter and took victory. With the win, Portland improved to 31-11 on the season and 19-4 at home where they've won four of their last five. In injury news, Aldridge is scheduled to under an MRI later this week so he will miss tonight's game and will remain out without an official timetable to return.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have won seven of their last nine overall and will be going for a fourth straight win tonight after taking advantage of the Kobe-less Lakers by 115-100 on Monday. With the game deadlocked at 51-51 at halftime, the Suns' guard trio of Eric Bledsoe, Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas stepped it up and took control of the game in a 36-26 third quarter. Bledsoe finished the game with 17 points and seven assists while Thomas and Dragic led hte team with 24 points each as the Suns improved to 25-18 on the season and 12-7 at home.
In ATS trends, the Blazers are 0-4 ATS in their last four games against a team with a winning record and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall, while the Suns are 5-1 ATS in their last six home games and 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 games overall.
Head to head, the Blazers are 18-37-2 ATS in the last 57 meetings overall and just 7-20-2 ATS in the last 29 meetings in Phoenix.
As I mentioned above, Aldridge is defininitely out for the Blazers which is a major headache that the Suns won't have to deal with tonight. With that being said, I like the Suns' chances of winning this one especially in the comfort of their home court.
