The Washington Wizards and Charlotte Bobcats meet Thursday night at the Time Warner Cable Arena.

The Washington Wizards have lost four straight games and end a two-game road trip. On the season, the Wizards are averaging 99.9 points on 47.3 percent shooting and are allowing 98 points on 43.9 percent shooting. John Wall is averaging 17.4 points and 10.2 assists while Bradley Beal is averaging 15.2 points and 3.9 rebounds. Paul Pierce is shooting 45.8 percent from the field and Marcin Gortat is grabbing eight rebounds. The Washington Wizards continue to struggle on the defensive end, as they’ve allowed 100-plus points in six of their last eight games and are allowing 36.1 percent shooting from deep in their last five games. The Wizards have split their last eight road games. Kevin Seraphin is questionable for this game with an illness.

Hornets vs. Wizards - 2/5/15 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Charlotte Bobcats have won six of their last eight games and remain in the playoff convo. On the season, the Bobcats are averaging 94.8 points on 42.4 percent shooting and are allowing 96.9 points on 44 percent shooting. Al Jefferson is averaging 17.4 points and 8.3 rebounds while Gerald Henderson is averaging 10.6 points and 2.3 assists. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is grabbing 7.4 rebounds and Lance Stephenson is dishing five assists. The Charlotte Bobcats continue to win ugly basketball games, as they’re shooting under 42 percent from the field and 20.9 percent from downtown in their last five games. The Bobcats have scored 92 or less points in five of their last six games and could really use the return of starting point guard Kemba Walker.

The Wizards are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games playing on 0 days rest and 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Hornets are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games playing on 2 days rest and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games overall. The Wizards are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings.

The Wizards aren't nearly as bad as what they've shown over the last week or so.. Against a Charlotte team that can't put the ball in the hoop, I like Washington's chances in pretty much a toss up game. Look for the Wiz to bounce back here.
