The Boston Celtics travel to Arizona to battle the Phoenix Suns tonight.
The Phoenix Suns have lost seven of their last eight and are staring down the barrel of a fifth straight loss after getting beaten by the Bulls by 112-107. PJ Tucker led the scoring with 20 points, Marcus Morris added 17 points and Eric Bledsoe added 13 points and eight assists but it wasn't enough to get past the Bulls. With Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas now playing for different teams, the Suns were forced to shakeup the roster and it led to the insertion of Gerald Green into the starting role, but he had just 10 points in 11 minutes. New recruit Brandon Knight played 25 minutes for his new team and had 13 points and five assists on six of 12 shooting and he'll surely get more minutes as the season progresses.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have lost three of their last four and will still be licking their wounds after falling to the Lakers by 118-111 in overtime last night. Jae Crowder had 22 points, Isaiah Thomas had 21 and Avery Bradley added 20 points, but it still wasn't enough to get past the Lakers who were led by 25 points from Jeremy Lin. It certainly was disappointing for the Celtics to lose in overtime, but they showed great fight to extend the game as they were down by nine points with just 1:28 left in the fourth quarter.
In ATS trends, the Celtics are 6-0 ATS in their last six road games against a team with a winning record and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games overall, while the Suns are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games overall and 1-6 ATS in their last seven games playing on one days rest.
Head to head, the Celtics are 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings and the Road team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
The Celtics haven't exactly been in good form lately, but I really liked what I saw from them last night, so i'll take them with the points against the new-look Suns in this one.
