The Philadelphia 76ers travel to the Chesapeake Energy Arena to battle the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight.
The Philadelphia 76ers have lost seven of their last eight games overall and are coming off a 114-103 loss against the Raptors who were on a five-game losing streak. Ish Smith led the team in scoring with 19 points and nine assists off the bench while Nerlens Noel added 17 points while making all seven of his field goal attempts, but the 76ers just couldn't take advantage of a Raptors team missing their best player in Kyle Lowry. On offense, the 76ers did a nice job of combining to shoot a healthy 52.6 percent from the field, but they just had no answer for DeMar DeRozan who torched them for a season-high 35 points.

Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City Thunder put a halt to a two-game skid on Sunday with a solid 108-101 win over the struggling Lakers despite playing without their two best players in Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. Serge Ibaka and DJ Augustin stepped up to lead the team with 18 points each while Enes Kanter added 16 points as the Thunder muscled their way past the Lakers in a low-scoring affair. Beating the Lakers isn't much of an accomplishment these days, but the Thunder really needed this win because it keeps them in eighth place in the Western standings, just one game ahead of the ninth-placed New Orleans.
In ATS trends, the 76ers are 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a double digit loss at home and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five road games, while the Thunder are 5-0 ATS in the last five home games and 9-1 ATS in the last 10 games overall.
Head to head, the 76ers are 1-6 ATS in the last seven meetings overall and 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Oklahoma City.
Westbrook is fully expected to return to the court tonight and he will be sporting a new face mask which is just terrible news for the 76ers, so I'm taking the Thunder to dominate this one early and cover the massive spread.
